1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report a damaged or defect with your ordered item..

To be eligible for a reprint or refund, your item must be:

• Damaged or Defective: If an item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, Printumo Merchant Support will provide a free reprint or a refund.
• No Return Shipping Needed: Customers do not need to physically mail the defective or damaged item back. You simply need to submit clear photos showing the flaw.

Not covered:

• Change of Mind: Because all items are custom-printed on demand, standard returns and exchanges are not supported.

2. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• Incorrectly ordered items will not be exchanged or refunded.

3. Report an Issue:

To report an issue with a product please use the 'Contact Me' form which can be found in your orders section for the product.
